6 star experience with Johnson Sewell's service department. An error was made when they installed a new transmission in my Expedition. 6 months later, this led to the wiring harness burning through which required $850 work at a Ford dealership in another town. Gene Baker of JS's service department could not have acted more professionally as they provided prompt reimbursement to us for the bill that we paid to the other dealership. My next Ford will absolutely be purchased at Johnson Sewell. A car dealership with integrity, that's pretty rare. 6 stars on a 5 star scale
