I had an appointment at 8 am to do oil change, , tire pressure check and inspection on a Ford f550. I showed up at 8 and the attendant told me it would take about an hour. 50 minutes later they completed the work. Great Job.

Initial experience was great on a used car purchas...

Initial experience was great on a used car purchase, last Saturday. Drove the car, declined using their financing as my bank of 30+ years gave me better rates. Advised I was already approved and would have the check in a couple of business days. Offered to leave a deposit and they declined. I joked, "Don't sell this car out from under me." Oh nono, they assured.

Get my check in hand and call them to arrange to pick it up the following weekend. They said I needed to pick it up that day or they were selling it to another buyer. This is in the middle of the week, when my husband can't take off work to drive me 70 miles and then drive his car back home. They ended up sending a driver for me, and he was lovely. It's the only reason they are getting two stars.

Folks, when a dealership lies to you BEFORE they even have your money, what does that say about how they'll treat you after? Tread carefully with this bunch.

Friendly and helpful Service Dept staff. Needed an unexpected mechanical problem resolved and was quickly attended to. My car battery was replaced, some regular maintenance completed and I was back on the road in under 2 hours. Awesome service!

I found myself not able to start my car because it said it was in reverse. It was in park. Called the dealership. They promptly sent a wrecker. I was given a loaner so was able to pick up my wife in Lakeway after a month in the hospital. I was to get back a rental at three. By the time I got home my car was ready for pick-up. No charge on any of the transactions and true service with a smile. If you need service, request Meagen Parker. She will take care of you.

First off, Zach Turner was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed being able to work with him. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle a couple weeks ago and I love it, but I was disappointed that we sat in the dealership trying to do paper work and get everything finalized for 7 hours! We also get there at 8:30 that morning, so it had been a really long day. Another thing I was disappointed in, is that I went to turn the AC on in the car while sitting on the lot and it was a little warm, but figured it would cool off once I started driving. It didn't. Something is definitely wrong with it because it hardly gets cold at all. I had to drive 6 hours all the way to Lubbock to go back to school with very little AC and am now having the hardest time getting it fixed with dealerships here. They should have checked over things like that thoroughly BEFORE letting me drive off in the vehicle.

Just had our Lincoln MKX repaired at Johnson Sewell and, as usual, the service is none the less EXCELLENT! The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to provide customer satisfaction. They are thorough in their assessment and repairs, which is why we have always been satisfied with our service at Johnson Sewell. Thank you guys for a job well done!

I would have given five stars except for the check...

I would have given five stars except for the check out process. I was given my keys and a copy of the invoice. No explanation of what caused the leak in the transmission cooler. No mention regarding the recalls that were taken care of. Just hurry up and and sign the papers and leave. No reminder about future check ups or hoping I ll return for future service.

All the work was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty.

Customer service is important.

Bought a slightly used truck after a few weeks of looking and Joe was very helpful. The close out process was a bit long and painful. And they wanted $50 to make a minor add of boxlinks I thought they might include. So my early impression is they are fair and nice but do not go above and beyond.

Donnie,has been telling me,for 3 days the Towncar is available,this morning,I receive another e-mail,asking when I can come look at the car.
I replied, I will leave my house (a 1 hr commute), in 1/2 hr and see the car.When I arrive, Donnie is out to lunch, then another associate informs me the car is on hold.I am told,someone has bought a plane ticket,and is coming to see the car.
This associate goes into a private office to see what the deal is,,I decided , there is no way to do business with a dealership like this one,,and I left,,I had a 1 hr ride home...

I have bought dozens of cars over the yrs,,and never experienced a dealership like Johnson.....
P.S.-a day or so after this all occurred,,,kyle & don call'd with apologies,,& sent a gift card for my troubles & expenses,,,go figure...

Stopped in on the way back from deer hunting and noticed reduced pricing already in place on the windshield. Christina did a super job of explaining the pricing and made me feel at home. She never pressured me or had to go back and forth to the manager for pricing. Ended up buying a new King Ranch a few months later. The employees here are downright friendly and first class people. Best way to put it - Christina and the staff made me feel like part of the Johnson Sewell Ford family. You couldn't ask for anything better than that. If dinner was being served, I think they would have asked us to stay and eat with them. Buy your next Ford from Christina and you will love the experience. As Steve Jobs once said "you have to make it a magical experience for the customer". Christina and Johnson Sewell delivered just that!

I'm a little late on posting this, but the feeling...

I'm a little late on posting this, but the feeling remains unwavering. My husband had been looking for a specific truck for months when he finally found one on the Johnson Sewell Ford's website; after checking on the status went decided to drive out on Christmas Eve to take a look at it. Upon arrival we were graciously greeted by E.R who was an instant help and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on lot as well as the dealership itself. This dealership works in a way that is about as stress-free as it gets. You will not find any pushy salesmen here! Our visit was very pleasant and appreciatively brief in comparison to any other dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. We were in and out within a matter of a few hours, whereas other places it's an all day event. Another thing I feel that really sets them apart, is the fact that everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly, patient and a pleasure to deal with. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! We will certainly keep Johnson Sewell Ford in mind for any future vehicle needs! A big thank you from our family to yours!

I bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro from Johnson Sewell back in March. During the test drive I noticed the brakes were squealing, I mentioned this to the salesman who said, "Oh, it's nothing. It's just the way the brakes are made these days." I was still uncomfortable with that, but after talking to a couple other dealerships who said the same thing I sort of was at ease with it. Here it is, just over six months later and my AC has gone out in my vehicle. I checked the pressure of the refrigerant and there was next to none. I replaced the refrigerant in my vehicle and all was fine until not even four days later it was depleted again. I took the vehicle in to the dealership since I bought it there and have the warranty through them. They are now telling me that there is no leak they could find, so I am having to pay out of pocket for all repairs and my rental since my warranty isn't going to cover an "evac and recharge." All in all, they are just lazy. They do not want to do the work to find the issue and fix it. I have the Ford warranty since I bought the vehicle there and have had so many issues with just trying to get it looked at! All Ford dealerships keep telling me I need to take it to Dodge. Dodge will not cover my FORD warranty. I am so sick of the runaround. Do not ever buy from this dealership. They are just AWFUL. The girl in the financing department barely knew what she was doing and said she had been working there for years. I spend 8 hours there during the process of test driving and financing the vehicle. I regret ever going with this dealership. I highly recommend you do not buy a vehicle here, especially if you buy the warranty and will need repairs. They are lazy and will do whatever it takes to make a sale and then drop you. I am very disgusted with how they are treating me. I haven't had my vehicle but six months and am already having repairs done to it.

I think trucks are way over priced. I remember back in the day you could get a good truck brand new off the lot for 20k. Not anymore. Used trucks are starting in the 20k range. I seen an 80k Dually in the inventory and cringed. I'll look somewhere else.

Typical Ford stealership, but it looks nice. Different service techs every time I go, but they do good work and don't push things on you or lie about mechanical conditions. They usually move pretty quick but when they're busy they'll show signs of stress. Free WiFi for hanging out while you wait and a choice of comfy chairs with TV and beverages if'n you're local or regular, plastic chairs next to the service desk if'n you're not.

I took my car in for some warranty work and when I picked my car up I noticed an oops in my interior so I called the service department on my way to work. I spoke with Rob Cormier he said they would come pick my car up to clean the inside and bring it back to me. I later received a call from the front desk where I work stating they had my car key. I went and got my key and went to look my car over they had completely detailed my car inside and out. I called my husband and told him how I was so surprised but then I get in my car when I got off headed home I noticed they filled my car up. They did not have to detail my car or fill my tank. THANK YOU for such wonderful customer service.

The service department at Johnson Sewell Ford replaced the brakes on our 2016 F350. The service was fast and well done, however, they only earned a two star rating because while in their possession, our truck received its very first, and very noticeable scratches. We promptly brought it to their attention but they denied responsibility and stated, "nothing here could have caused the scratches." We are very disappointed they didn't own up to the responsibility and simply offer to at least buff the scratches out.

Took sons truck in for safety inspection and oil change. Called and said that failed inspection due to large leak in power steering, they could fix it for $995.00. I said no. When I checked it I found more motor oil in the area where they d changed my oil and didn t clean it. So took it home and cleaned it and there may be a small leak but the reservoir is full and there is no oil on concrete where my son parks and the steering works great. I feel like they lied and were dishonest. I have been a customer for 30 years and spent several hundred thousand dollars with them. No more. I m done.

My husband and I drove 2 and-a-half hours to look at a 2017 Explorer, and I must say that it was well worth the drive. The price on the Explorer was very competitive and Robin Tippens was so helpful and friendly, not your typical car salesperson at all. And Katy Miller with the financing was just wonderful. She put up with this "feisty" old woman with a smile and was able to give us what we wanted. I would be happy to recommend Johnson-Sewell to anyone and when the time comes around for another vehicle, they'll be the first ones we check with. Oh, and we love our "new" Explorer!!!

Kyle Roberts is an outstanding, honest salesman. He spoke with the mechanic who had done the check up on the vehicle I purchased and spoke with the salesman who took it as a trade in.

The vehicle was everything and more that Kyle said it was and will certainly be interested in doing business with him and Johnson-Sewell again in the future.

Be sure to ask a lot of questions. I thought they were going to replace the water pump on my Chevy. They thought they were confirming a water pump problem. After two hours of reading the stored fault code (and washing the car?) they referred me to the Chevy place.

Specifically Carissa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was extremely polite and even though we lived 3 hours away we would gladly make that drive. If you're buying a car then you're treated like royalty there but if that car you just bought needs repair then you're repeatedly told anything to keep you waiting and basically shoved to the end of the priority list , my car was there for several days waiting to be looked at and an estimate on the repair cost , not to mention i had just bought it used from there , after many phone calls and given the run around i ended up taking somewhere else , and to find out they never even took apart or looked at the car at all , this review needs a negative star rating

My "new to me" 2011 Navigator has caused us mechanical issues. The best part of it's quirks, is that Rob Cormier HAS always gone the extra mile to make the quirks as convenient for me as possible. He has assured my safety and is by far a creditable member of the Johnson Sewell team. I appreciate his honesty and his ability to explain the issues as they arise. Although having a quirky vehicle comes with it's challenges, Rob has helped us through the process of repair and elimination of the quirks. Thank you Rob!!!

SERVICE was AWESOME- I have taken my F250 King Ranch to several other dealers in Austin and they could not fix the problem that continued to make my service engine light come on. Drew Crosby said he would have his top tech look into it and sure enough no light on and repaired to my satisfaction. They also took care of a couple of rattles I had and did this all within a few hours. Connie in service called me when it was ready for pickup and it was was clean and waiting out front for me to drive away. I know that this Ford Dealer is a little further than the others but they paid attention to what i needed done and were the friendliest group I have ever dealt with. I purchased my Expedition here and the sales team was top notch! Josh and Mark were amazing! Not pushy but helpful, communicative and easy to work with, extremely nice and not your typical car sales type. I got a great deal too! They made my car buying experience a breeze and not stressful. I HIGHLY recommend the drive to marble falls - it's totally worth it! I have now had my car in two different times - 1 for maintenance and one for a warranty issue. Both times, they went above and beyond. I am so impressed! Gene and Sharlotte were so nice and helpful! They got my issue approved through ford under the warranty and even went beyond that and fixed a few other small things. I can not recommend them enough!

Absolutely the best dealer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Saturday morning the exact car I had been on the search for was posted. I wanted to make a move on it that day, but since I lived 1hr 15mins away and scheduling conflicts only allowed us to arrive just after their closing time.. I didn't think it would happen...but it did! JR Romero assured me that it was no problem if we arrive just after closing, he would wait for us. We arrived and test drove the car, fell is love with it, made a deal and signed all paperwork and we were out of there in under 1.5hrs! JR even stayed a little longer to help me set up the SYNC in my new car and show me how to use all of the cool functions. They are completely honest about the real value of their used cars and the previous owners. Thank you to Bethany and the trade in team too for staying late for us. Best car buy experience ever!

I was the first customer of the morning in the Quick Lane for an oil change and a state inspection. This took over two hours so nothing really quick about it. The service writer was very nice and helpful as I have dealt with her many times over the years but the time it took to get the work done when I was the first customer was not satisfactory. I have another car to bring in for exactly the same services and I hope it improves or will have to think twice about doing it for a third time.
