John Moore SUCKS!!! They did our electrical on our house and the rate was sky high!!! And supposedly our outdoor outlets were suppose to work and they didn't. We called them out twice, thinking we wouldn't get charged for it because it's lifetime guarantee. Their rates they charge are outrageous. Don't let them even "look" into your outlet or switch because they will charge you over $200 for that and they won't even tell you that you're getting charged for it. I will NEVER use them again. They screwed us over $7000!!! When we see their commercials on tv, it makes our stomachs turn!!! Do not use them unless you have money to throw away!!
