I have a A/C unit installed by John Moore about 6 years ago, got a call from my tenant and said the A/C is not cooling, so I contacted John Moore and the technician Glenn came out the same day, very professional and knowledgeable, he has done a leak test and said the leak was coming from the coil. I have presented Glenn with my warranty paper and he made some phone calls and approved the repair without charging and scheduled the service to be done the next day. I have to say I was skepticle about calling them back, but I am glad that I did. I believe the company is make a positive change to improve.

The next day, two technicians came out Pablo & Eduardo. They kept the area clean while working on replacing the coil and making sure they are done right. Pablo was very patiently explained to me the working process when I asked questions. I share my experience with the public because I really think the company is going the right direction.
