Charles R. was a very knowledgable, kind advisor to me regarding the condition of the roof and attic of my house. Although my husband was out of the country, Charles provided us both with quality information and options for improving the roof/attic. I really appreciate his time and patience explaining things to me because I am less familiar with the engineering of roofs and houses.
