I have never used this service until today. My heater has been out for the last couple of weeks, but because my wife and I were exposed to covid-19, nobody would come out to service the heater. While I understand this from one aspect, I also know that with proper protective gear, people can still be safe. This service was okay with coming out and performing the repairs. Luckily by the time they arrived, the self-quarantine was over anyway. They arrived sooner than expected, and the technician was courteous and professional. I personally think the service is kind of expensive, but in many aspects, you get what you pay for. So far, we are extremely happy.
