Was charged any exorbitant amount just to unscrew and disconnect two pipe joints and a water line and place a cap- $450.00. Was told the plumber would be back that Saturday, a different plumber came by while the water damage specialist were working, he then promised to be back, he never showed. The following Monday the plumber showed up and couldn't repair the inside kitchen drain pipe due to rain, according to him. I was promised a quote for the repairs, but never received it. I called and spoke with Mark Welch and he assured me he would send it- nope. Lack of communication and dedication to my issue. I am very unhappy.
