I suffered a serious injury March 8 2018 the company's TPA accepted liability and i was brushed off with a ridicules response as to why they were not interested in my case. The person named Carmen who represents the Foy group said something to the effect that the bar stool that splintered was owned for too long. In the information PDF file I sent the recite clearly showed the stools were not even one year old. And the company who sold the stools accepted liability because other folks who purchased the same bar stool expressed concern about safety. However no one was injured so they did not recall the stools. The TPA also offered a full refund. I just have to say the John Foy & Associates wasted my time and the excuse they told their employee followed no healthy logic.
