Excellent service with high demand quality solved my cased less than 60 days

I hired them for a car accident where I was rear-ended and they sent me to a doctor after I went to the doctor and three weeks later they sent me a letter saying that they dropped my case I called them and because the case isn't worse enough to them it wasn't in their best interest to take the case I don't know why they wouldn't tell me that when I explained everything to them exactly what happened and now they say I'm stuck with the medical bills and they charge me almost $2,000 for a exam they did nothing except sit there and said they refer me to another doctor there are a bunch of crooks and now I'm in collection for a one-time office visit at Peachtree spine Association I don't know how they can justify charging someone almost $2,000 for a one-time office visit and and not be a crook plus everything was supposed to be covered by John Foy yeah they really take care of you right their motto is the strong arm but what they don't tell you is yours case there be a slam dunk or they're not going to take your case

I have had the greatest experience with this firm. My case was handled by Mrs Linda Allen she was very professional and walked me step by step through the process. She kept me informed on everything no matter how big or small and she answered all my questions. I have used this firm many times but this was definitely the best experience I have had.

My family had a wonderful experience with John Foy and Associates. My son attacked by a dog and had to be admitted twice to the hospital. Our attorney was very attentive, kind, and walked us through the process so we knew all the steps ahead of time. We received a settlement from the dog's owner and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received.

Unprofessional, unresponsive!..This firm accepted my case over a year ago. The original attorney assigned to my case left the firm. I was never notified that she no longer worked there. I called to follow up due to no corresponse or status update. Upon calling I was advised my case was being handled by a different attorney. I've left 5 messages within a 3 week time period for a callback and as of this writing still no response!!!.. VERY unprofessional and unacceptable on many levels!!!!

After being hit in an accident and having the insurance companies try to give us the runaround, my mother and I decided to contact John Foy & Associates to help us with our claim. We were assigned Attorney Nica Tallman, and she immediately took the case in a more constructive direction by: providing detailed information and updates in the process, helping us to better understand what was happening and what things meant, and handling the insurance companies, out of which she got us a fair settlement. My family and I were in an accident in december 12.29.2017..a young man ran a red light. He pleaded not guilty. The firm decided on 2.6.2018 to resign from my case instead of fighting for me. Save yourself time. Call KEN! My response to their response is gone. So again...the letter I received stated not financial enough for them. However almost 2 years later the kid admitted fault.

Was not a good one they wouldn't let me speak to mr foy and neither would he return my call I had John Foy office on two occasions and neither time were they helpful I think they were on the insurance side and not mine.

They work fast and helpful polite with assisting me with my settlement John foy has your best interest I would recommend all family and friends Brian Alexander was such a polite attorney patient and got the job done!

I was rear ended and the attorney and her legal team helped me get compensated for my car damages and helped me find a treatment center that was near my home. If you're looking for great representation in your motor vehicle accident I would definitely recommend John Foy and Associates. My lawyer was Amit Patel and he kept me up to date and involved every step of my case. A lot of my interactions were done with the attorney himself which signifies to me the level of care and attention that was put towards my case. I was left with only the responsibility of showing up to my medical appointments and getting better following the collision.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Very unhappy with the representation and the so called "medical" help I received (not). Gave me the run around quite often and there was always one excuse after another. It's been two weeks since I was told my settlement check was in the mail. Because I had to leave Atlanta due to loss of employment due to my accident and absolutely NO money, it has been rather difficult dealing with them out-of-state. I don't trust these people as far as I can throw them. I suppose the "strong arm" only pertains to those clients who have the potential to make them a butt load of money. They sure got their chump change from my case but I am still waiting for mine, IF I ever receive it.

**Update 9/25/17 Finally received my measley check. However, I would still recommend another law firm. Or, a hungry attorney who will fight for you. They dropped the ball on their one. SAD!

I was a passenger in a Groome van traveling to ATL to catch flight when the van hit car in front and multiple cars his us in back a chain reaction.. I went to doctor they diagnose me with severe whiplash from the impact and had bruise on neck..heard of Foy and Associates from a friend ..so they came out immediately to see me to start process March 2016 ..they set me up with chiropractor ..I went 3-4days a week for multiple of weeks ..as time went by like 8months just patiently waiting.. Mrs Sabrina Riviera was awesome in handling my case ..but when it came to the end to settle when my case was passed to Julie DLOTT ..THATS when everything change ..Julie told me in Dec 2016 they offering a settlement and waiting for response.. I waited over 30days to hear something still nothing.. I Started to call to get update ..left numerous messages and emails ask what's going on with my case?, Did the other party's settle?.Julie could never give me a direct answer like she didn't know nothing barely knew how to speak..I begin to get frustrated being ignored and no direct answers with a year already here March of 2017..So I contact Sabrina Riviera who I'm familiar with speaking concerning my case wondering why I can't get feed back now that's is over a year later..she say she gona have Julie call me ..finally Days later I get call from JULIE Dlott after all this time..Now she want to tell me that they can no longer represent my case because they can't get a police report..I was lost asking how did we get this far to settlement!!? With no police report ..Really?!..I don't believe that I feel like Foy and Associates wasted my time!!.. It dont take 1 year 1month to realize if you have a case or not ..or as they say don't have my police report.. I hope this help someone to not go through what I been through the past year with Foy and Associate.. I just got a letter today in mail 4/18/2017 from Foy&Associates the letter saying for me seek someone else to do my case..#WasteOfTimeWithFoy&Associates

I can't quite put in words the frustration and disappointment this company has caused. I started my case with them back in June of 2019 and still waiting on the drug out results to this day. I'm not gonna get into details regarding my case with John foy however I do regret not taking in consideration the negative reviews that I saw before hiring this company to represent me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and can only say that I was thoroughly satisfied for about a week into starting up our case. I have been hesitant on putting up a review for almost a year now and I honestly just don't see the point.

On January 20, 2019, I was involved in a terrible auto accident that could of be fatal. Since I was not at fault, I made the decision to hirer John Foy and Associates to represent me. The process took a little more than a year. I was patient with John Foy and Associates and allowed them to fight for me. The Law Firm of John Foy & Associates went above and beyond to make sure that I receive the settlement that I was entitled too.

They have been helping me with my disability for seizures and much MORE since 2000. Still being denied even after losing my vision rapidly because of the medication for seizures. I was 20/20 until I was diagnosed in 2010. By a disability Dr. Shecktor himself. Dr.Shecktor advised me to go straight to the disability office in Rome Ga.

Very unprofessional. They ll talk a good game for about the first week but afterwards it s all downhill. As of now I ve been waiting for a month to receive my check and I m only 3 hours away from their office. You ll get a constant run around, and they seriously lack in communication and attention to detail. Only way you get treated as a priority is if you re gonna bring them in a nice chunk of change. WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE DECIDING ON THEM.

Update: And as for a response of being difficult to reach, the wreck happened the week before my youngest child was born. It took 2 years before I am outcome was reached, I have called and asked to speak to both the assistant and she rejected telling the receptionist that I need to speak with the attorney. You sent an affidavit in the mail, and just as was explained from your end on the phone with the it s been difficult with the pandemic the same applies. However, the fact that I was being told from the beginning of May that it was in the mail and here it is, after MORE excuses from you all it was finally overnighted 4 June 2020. But I m sure my being very difficult to reach is the reason that it was sent to the wrong address (despite the fact I gave my address on the paperwork) as well, is that correct?

Update 2: Apparently my review bothers the attorney that was assigned to my case, considering he called me requesting that I remove my review as he finds it slanderous. Repeatedly cut me off in conversation, and while I was trying to point out specifics it eventually lead to him informing me its slanderous and he now has to consider what he s going to do.
And then hung up the phone in my face...real smooth and not surprising. I m guessing it s either leave a good review or leave nothing at all.

In February, I was rear-ended into another car on 400S. I was driving, my wife was in the passenger seat, and a friend from FL was in the rear seat. The young lady behind me was traveling at a pretty good pace, likely preoccupied. The pain was instant and severe, I knew it was going to be a long road. I didn't know it would be this long, but I knew having a lawyer would help with some of the medical bills. Initially, I chose another firm, but they did very little, and the doctors they asked us to use did nothing for our pain or healing. So, I called John Foy based on their reputation, and within a day, they had sent someone to meet with us. We were told not to worry about anything, that they'd take good care of us, communicate to us often, and that although they couldn't guarantee anything, it would certainly be worth our time. I wish that was true.
We went to all the doctors appointments we were told to do, attended all the doctors we were told to, and at the end, were as far along as I could be without surgery. I still have pain to this day, and I guess it will be something I have to live with for the rest of my life. For the months I did exactly what I was told to do, worked hard on my end to get better, and my wife as well, and for our troubles we received a paltry $4143 after Foy and Associates got their money and the medical bills were covered. And while I was never happy with amount given what I went through and the pain I was still in, I had no idea how bad I got it until our friend from FL (who went with another ATL-area attorney) received an offer of $22k, and she had far less injuries than I did. I was furious, am still furious. I chose Foy and Associates because they "were the strong arm", but I certainly didn't feel that for my case or my wife's case. I had to email for updates constantly, they were slow on getting all the bills, and slow on getting the check from the insurance company. I 100% felt like just another dollar for them, and the experience wasn't personal at all. I wish I had went with another attorney's office, and am only left with regret about this experience.
With that being said, I would NOT recommend John Foy and Associates. I did email them (included John Foy) about my experience and dissatisfaction, but have not heard back from them 9 days later.

At the end, when a settlement was agreed, my attorney working for Mr. Foy even surprised me with getting my medical bills dropped by $3,000...which means that money went in my pocket, along with the rest that had been agreed upon. I am very satisfied with the results of my case and with the work John Foy & Associates did on my behalf and I would most definitely recommend them/use them again if needed.

Definitely would not recommend. They were handling my case for 6 months and I received no progress. Only time I heard from my lawyer is when I made the initial contact. Everything sounds great when you first start but as the case goes on you get forgotten about.
