I spoke to John personally after leaving another firm that would not even return phone calls and he promised to personally handle my case. He immediately passed it off to someone who didn't respond short of 3 class ans at least 2 emails. If your firm is handling that many cases, hire mire attorneys so you have the ability to meet the demands of your cases. Would not recommend this firm.
