We were very pleased with the services provided by John Foy & Associates. The Attorney that was assigned to our case was Ms. Erin Sussman, Erin provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable about my case. Additionally, she was always concerned about my overall health. During the negotiation phase, I asked detailed questions and Erin was able to provide great insight and advice which was quite comforting for me. Once, I sent Erin an email on a Sunday nothing pressing just inquiring about the status of my case. To my surprise she returned my email on the same day...now that's above average customer service. I hope to never be in an accident again, but if I had to use another legal agency it would definitely be John Foy.
