I was a passenger in a Groome van traveling to ATL to catch flight when the van hit car in front and multiple cars his us in back a chain reaction.. I went to doctor they diagnose me with severe whiplash from the impact and had bruise on neck..heard of Foy and Associates from a friend ..so they came out immediately to see me to start process March 2016 ..they set me up with chiropractor ..I went 3-4days a week for multiple of weeks ..as time went by like 8months just patiently waiting.. Mrs Sabrina Riviera was awesome in handling my case ..but when it came to the end to settle when my case was passed to Julie DLOTT ..THATS when everything change ..Julie told me in Dec 2016 they offering a settlement and waiting for response.. I waited over 30days to hear something still nothing.. I Started to call to get update ..left numerous messages and emails ask what's going on with my case?, Did the other party's settle?.Julie could never give me a direct answer like she didn't know nothing barely knew how to speak..I begin to get frustrated being ignored and no direct answers with a year already here March of 2017..So I contact Sabrina Riviera who I'm familiar with speaking concerning my case wondering why I can't get feed back now that's is over a year later..she say she gona have Julie call me ..finally Days later I get call from JULIE Dlott after all this time..Now she want to tell me that they can no longer represent my case because they can't get a police report..I was lost asking how did we get this far to settlement!!? With no police report ..Really?!..I don't believe that I feel like Foy and Associates wasted my time!!.. It dont take 1 year 1month to realize if you have a case or not ..or as they say don't have my police report.. I hope this help someone to not go through what I been through the past year with Foy and Associate.. I just got a letter today in mail 4/18/2017 from Foy&Associates the letter saying for me seek someone else to do my case..#WasteOfTimeWithFoy&Associates
