I filed a claim with Foy & Associates 3 1/2 years ...

I filed a claim with Foy & Associates 3 1/2 years ago...transferred me to another law firm without my knowledge...jumped through all the hoops...have heard nothing in 2 years...can't get my attorney to call me back...time to take it to social media...or maybe another law firm.
