I called right after my accident and they sent a representative to meet me, when and where it was convenient for me. They explained every detail throughout the entire process and I never had to call them for an update, they always followed up to keep me informed. At the end, when a settlement was agreed, my attorney working for Mr. Foy even surprised me with getting my medical bills dropped by $3,000...which means that money went in my pocket, along with the rest that had been agreed upon.
