Michael is such an amazing service advisor. He blows all of the other ones away that I have used. I have had a lot happen with my vehicle in the past year not my fault it was the manufacturers fault. I ve been frustrated with Lexus the past year but I m glad I had Michael because he truly made my experience so much better. Made me more comfortable having my Lexus and just was so informative. He knows his stuff and I m grateful to him.
