This is the worst customer service ever.... Nothing ever goes well.
When I purchased my lease I was told they will include the CARE PLAN that covers the maintenance, this was in 2015.
Forward two weeks ago, I took my car for service and I was told I have to pay $176.... Why, cause my plan did not cover it.
I needed to speak with sales, two weeks trying to get hold of a Manager who finally said the Sales person no longer works here and most of my information wasnt transferred over to the new system. I was covered for up to 25000 miles, my car is at 24600 miles..... Then I was told its not covered cause I had it done at 22000 miles, so why was it done if it was not needed???? I was told this plan is until the end of the lease, oh you need to speak with Service, called service the manager said oh no we can't do anything thats the sales dept we only do service..... So who's going to credit my $176 and when can I bring this car back, Ms.Ali you will still be responsible for the lease and you will need another oil change before the lease end that will cost $150... Are you freaking kidding me why would I agree to such BS, when clearly the sales person said if you get it we will throw the plan for the lease term saving you $100s and one less thing to worry about seeing I was pregnant at he time that sounded great, now I'm told, you cannot come back 3yrs later saying thats not what you got.
I'm not going to give this up, this is a nightmare and I'm always fighting with JM LEXUS. This was despicable just to get a sale especially since I was pregnant at the time.
