We went to the service department this week and the experience was excellent. The team there goes above and beyond for the customers, specially Mr. Andrew Pickett. We arrived at the store very frustrated with an issue and he was able to resolve it very professionally, efficiently and to our maximum satisfaction. Nothing short of what you would expect from the Lexus brand. We walked out happy and would recommend this delearship to anyone, specially the service department. The staff and the facilities are awesome. Thank you.....!!!
