This was an amazing buying experience.
Firstly the price was right and not open to the usual car purchase shenanigans of starting with an inflated price and reducing it to make you think you got a good deal!
The product was exceptional! I bought a UX which has almost every bell and whistle, most of them as standard. Love my new car!
On top of all of this excellence there was German, our sales manager.
He took an enormous amount of time ( and skill) to ensure we had the car that suited us, at a price that also suited us, and he was happy to look at many differing price options. However, as noted above, this only included the differing models and lease lengths and options, not massaging the price!!
He also took the time to understand both every word of the contract we were signing but also the many ( very many!!!) wonderful technological features of my lively new car. Thank you for your time German!
