Xavier Allen went above and beyond for my family and I when we came into JM Lexus for service. He was attentive, kind and professional. When the service department didn t have my tire in stock, not only did he set up to get me a loaner, but he moved my children s car seats into it and drove my car up that evening 45 minutes out of his way so that I could pick up my kids from school and take them to their activities! He deserves all the praise! Thank you so much Xavier!
