I had great experience with JM Lexus. I leased my first Lexus from them.
The VIP Sales Manager Eric Rodgers offered me excellent customer service.
I got in touch with him few days before arriving. He answered all my questions every time I texted or e-mailed him. I know exactly what my cost would be if I decided to lease a Lexus. Most car dealership when you call, want to bring you in to test drive. They normally don't give you proper information. they just want to drag you in. This was not the case with JM Lexus. Eric at JM Lexus, SAVED me TIME and was very honest and direct with proper information. This is what I was looking for. Knowing my options with detail before even I spend the time to go into the dealership.

Then I met him in person at the dealership. Very professional and good attitude. He made me feel comfortable and made sure that I take my time making the right decision. For example, I wasn't sure about the color. He took the time to show me different colors and waited for me in the inventory lot so I can make my decision. I felt no pressure. He truly was there to help me. I even changed my decision on the color three times. He was still there patiently and made sure I am not rushed.

After I made my decision on the color, everything was done fast. I already knew the cost and he already had the paper work ready based on our previous phone conversations. Again, he save me time by finishing up the paperwork in a short time. He walked me through everything in the car and I was a happy camper.

Now I know where to go for my lease renewal. JM Lexus and will definitely want Eric Rodgers to help me. Thank you so much for making my car lease experience so pleasant.
