JM Lexus is always great. But I really have to give a special shout out to Mr Ramesh Singh. "Chico" is the man, a consummate professional. It is the first time that my contact at JM Lexus actually communicated with me. I requested he communicate with me about the cost, if it was under warranty, if I would be able to get my car back the same day. I did not have to reach out once and be a pain to find out the requested info. Mr. Singh called me within a short time with the answers. He called me early to inform me the car would not be ready till the next day. And he called me first thing in the morning to let me know the car was done. Bravo Mr Ramesh Singh. Best service I have ever received from JM. I sincerely appreciate it.
