My wife Barbara and I purchased a new Lexus RX350 today at JM Lexus. Our Sales Manager was Jory Pauletti. From the moment we met Jory we felt comfortable and never rushed. What a great job he did helping us select our new RX350. We were both impressed with Jory's knowledge of finance and the effort he put forth to help us get the best deal possible. We look forward to our future relationship with everyone at JM Lexus because of our experience with Jory.

We've had our new Lexus RX 350 for three weeks. We are are so happy with the car! Our Sales Manager, Jory Pauletti was excellent in helping us purchase the car. He recently followed up to see how we liked the car. He also scheduled window tinting for our vehicle which we had completed last week. Jory also helped us schedule an appointment with Technology Specialist, Donny Joseph. He went over everything on our instrument panel and answered all of our questions. Barbara and I couldn't be happier with our RX 350 and the service we received from Jory Pauletti and the service he has provided for us. Please commend Jory for us!!
