Pedro my sales guy is great. This is my second time coming to him in a year. He was efficient and responsive. I was able to trade in my 2019 for 2020 in and out in 2 hours the dealership is friendly and inviting. As long as I live in the area and stick with Lexus I will use Pedro and continue to come to JM. Overall great experience.
