Khaled was very professional and made me feel very comfortable from the time we communicated by phone up to the time i entered the dealership, pleasant and positive atmosphere, khaled had a few things to take care of, he turned me over to shane, who finished what khaled had started, professional, kind, friendly which makes the buying experience worth every minute of it, this is my 2nd vehicle from jm kexus, i will never go anywhere else , why should i when i have every thing i want here, 5 stars to the both of those guys.
