My Lexus came in for a recall. I have mixed opinions on the matter. JM said they put me on the list as soon as the part came in. I called twice and they said the part wasn t in but I was on the list. I then called a third time and they said the part was in and I could be scheduled. So that was good but what was the point of being on the list. They said it would take two day repair .it was done in a day and a half that was a good part.The loaner they gave me was a very simple process to get but if they wanna impress me with their newer Lexus is this was the worst Lexus I ve ever seen. Didn t really matter but they should be embarrassed at the loaners are so bottom basement.
