I was skeptical in purchasing my next car at a dealership. In my past experience, dealerships were trying to manipulate me and play games with me. Long hours were spent negotiating a purchase price which was not always satisfying. If the purchase offer was not to my satisfaction, I walk away disappointed. On the other hand, my experience at JM Lexus was the complete opposite. My sales representative Joshua Kantor made my whole car experience smooth, stress free, and pretty quick. He was very polite and professional when he greeted my brother and I. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He changed my negative view of a dealership into a positive one.
