The JM salespeople look nice and honest and make you believe that they are "other type" of stereotyped car salesmen. They can preach for hours how marvelous, honest and ethical JMLexus is: "everything is clean and clear, no hidden fees, no tricks." However, consumers be aware. In my case, they"forgot" to write on the quote that there is a fee of $350, if on the end of the lease I switch car brand. Complains with management were fruitless.
