Had to come to the Lexus dealer on our vacation. My car had an engine light on. Made an appointment , got there a little late , no problem. Was immediately escorted to a beautiful Lounge, where we waited while my car was looked over . Was in&out in no time at no charge. Jessica Stone took care of me and was the most pleasant customer service rep we've dealt with at any Lexus dealership. If we lived in Florida, we would definitely be back. Thank you.
