Went for a regular oil change/ tune up.. Attended by lexus express service consultant Omar. He was very attentive and answered other questions I had about my car (squeeling noise from brake etc) and took care of all issues promptly. Later on he came and looked for me in the lounge on the 2nd floor to advise an update and time frame of when my car would be ready. This dealership is hands down first class. To the waiting lounge with free sandwiches, bagels, coffee, sodas, wifi, etc. To the exceptional staff on hand for any questions or needs. All around. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
