In Jan. 2019 I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Lexus LS460 from JM Lexus, GREAT Purchase. Carlos Nunez my service manager and friend for the past 20 years, took very good care of me, as usual. I had my 30,000 mile service and 4 new tires. GREAT JOB, as usual. Thanks Carlos and JM Lexus.

I have been getting my cars serviced at JM Lexus for the past 15 years and Carlos Nunez has been my service manager for all that time. Carlos Nunez is not an order-taker he is my service adviser and I consider him my friend. On one occasion I called him on his day off and left him a message concerning a problem with my LS430. Carlos called me back the same day arranged for the problem to be fixed the next day. Carlos can be trusted to tell the customer exactly what is needed, at the best price. I consider Carlos Nunez my friend, at JM Lexus.
