LONG time waiting for an operator. LONG time waiting for following up 3 hours after my case was taken. LONG time waiting for the assistance.
Assistance was quick, courteous, and knowledgable about his job. In total, 3.5 hours waiting only 1/2 an hour after I recieve the first call rom the technician until I started the car. Lexus Roadside assistance very bad
