As always, Jonathan treated us very graciously, and was completely explanatory in all respects. I must say that the dealer experience at JM Lexus is beyond compare in the auto industry in our opinion. We have owned multiple cars from you over the last decades. My wife wanted a convertible, other than the LC, but Lexus wouldn t build one so I got her a BMW, but the quality of service, and the superiority of the cars here brought us back.
