Leasing my new car at JM Lexus was a pleasant, stress free experience. The best part was dealing with one person throughout the process and being presented with THE price. My sales manager throughout the process was Crystal Combs. She was very professional and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the car and what it could do for me. Crystal was very knowledgeable about how the car works and what the differences were between the different models. She also was available to me after I drove away from the lot to answer additional questions.
