Very pleasant. Omar Cruz was comfortable in his knowledge of the vehicle and was able to answer all questions very well . The dealership receives an A+ in customer service. The receptionist was able to find the correct sales personnel for us and the coffee /snack bar servers were personable and fast. The deal we got was fair and painless. German was so helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our new NX 200t- he was so very thorough and patient.
