I tried to buy 2 new cars here, sales team did not...

I tried to buy 2 new cars here, sales team did not return calls and when they did they were clueless. Jim burke lost 2 sells. I called today giving them a 2nd chance asked about there financing and rates, they refused to give me an approximate rate and payment unless I go in and let them run my credit. Why would anyone take a hit on their score for a quote. Mr Burke your team lost you 3 sells in 2 months.

Went there to get my car checked out and left with my engine check light on for the 1st time ever! Service tech denied any responsibility before I even pulled off!! These people are shady, very unprofessional!!!! Will never return!

Very unprofessional, I had inquired about a vehicle on line. I was contacted, I attempted to contact that person and spent ten minutes on the phone trying to speak to someone with sense. I spoke to the COO, Ephraim something at around 6:30 p.m,
and he was of a patronizing, condescending sort and wished to let me vent and explain the facets of their "Five Block Superstore" and I told him that I was ,"Talking to the wrong people about a car." So I moved on to another dealer that was more concerned about helping me then napping! Truecar and these folks make a good pair, all sh**, no real help!

I bought a 06 Fusion 2 years ago. Salesman was a little pushy, but we liked the car and still enjoy it today. My only complaint is the "free oil changes for life". It always took 2+ hours to change the oil. After about 3 months, I began to hear a squeaking sound every time I turned the stearing wheel. I checked the fluids and the oil level was below the fill line. I brought it in to have the oil changed, then checked the oil level when I got home. It was at the same level! I took it to another service center to have the oil changed and the mechanic said it looked the the oil hadn't been changed in months! I doubt they even touched it, just checked it off their list and gave it back to me. Definitely will not be buying from this dealership again.

While in the middle of a 1000 mike road trip, my oil light came on, I was a quart low. I called and spoke with Brian and he told me to bring it on in since I was close. He met me on the service drive and we could smell burned oil. Brian got me back on the road and let me know what steps to take with my home dealership as well as letting me know what to expect from the process. As a single lady traveling alone it was so refreshing to show up at an unfamiliar dealership and have the service person treat me with respect. Brian was courteous and informative. Great job, Brian! Thank you!

We are on our second vehicle from this dealership....

We are on our second vehicle from this dealership. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the fact we always get the new salesperson. Of course they tried to get far more for the vehicle than we were going to pay. But we always leave with a good deal. I have to mention their great service department is my number one reason for buying from Jim Burke.

Don't be fooled by thier free oil changes when buying a vehicle. You'll wait in a hot room for 3-4 hours wasting your life. I'd rather pay the money to get it done at Walmart. I'm having to sit outside as we speak for all this time because it's actually cooler to stand outside in the August heat than sit in thier sauna of a waiting room. The staff is rude and slow and you'll see 20 people who came in after you get service and leave before you. This place is a joke.

I ve never experienced service as bad as this... I had my car towed here Monday and after leaving multiple messages no one has called back or given any feedback on the status of my car. To make matters even worse today after I insisted on some sort of communication about my car the guy says Oh well I m not your service advisor! Eddie will be back Monday. So in other words I have to wait until Eddie comes back on Monday for them to diagnose what s wrong with my car. Smh Meanwhile I have to pay MORE $ out of pocket for my rental. Never again will I do business here.

It was ok but I couldn't make a deal. They asked for too much down. They lured me over saying they wanted to buy back my Subaru Forester. The letter they sent said they would put me in a newer model and I would be paying the same monthly payments. But that wasn't true. They wanted the car and $2500. down. I got a chance to win $5000 and $10 Target gift card. I was told I didn't win the $5000 but I got to keep the gift card. No big deal but that was ok.

Very frustrating experience. Maybe it's just Jeep dealerships in general. I'm having transmission issues, after being to every other Jeep dealership in Birmingham they said they were a few weeks behind but Burke said they were only a couple of days behind. So I took my vehicle there last week on a Thursday. The guy in the service shop was nice and said it'd be Monday at the latest they could get it checked. I said that's no problem I'm a salesman I can work from home for a day or so. Monday rolls around and no call, so I call them. He keeps saying that as soon as he knows something he'll let me know. It's now Thursday and still no vehicle. They won't rent a vehicle for me because they say if it's not under warranty then I'll be charged for the warranty vehicle. Ok, then freaking take a look at it and let me know if it's under warranty! It has taken a week and still the vehicle hasn't even been looked at to see if it's under warranty. It's a joke. Don't say you'll look at it by Monday if you have no intention of doing so. And if you're the one holding it up then give me a freaking rental car, you're making me lose money.

Edit from previous post: Matthew was very courteous. The transmission issues are intermittent so my worry came true, it couldn't e replicated. It's a good thing I didn't rent that car because it did take a week just to get it looked at. Matthew was nice and probably did the best he could. 6.5 out of 10.

Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 2 filters changed. I noticed the next day that the tires had not been touched. I distinctly remember the 2 tires on the drivers side had stem caps and two on the passenger side did not have stem caps. When I got my car back it was the same way as when I left it with them. So now I'm wondering if they did anything at all. I will NEVER take my car to Jim Burke for NOTHING. At this point I don't trust them.

When you buy a car from Jim Burke Nissan they say free all changing, free wipers. What they don't tell you is get that free all change you have to spend approximately $60 to $250 every time you getting free all change or you have to pay for your oil change. By car somewhere else. Ready fine print they wont tell you the truth they are worst then lawyers.

I took my car in to get a recall serviced and an oil change. Everyone was nice and the work got done but, my car was returned with the items from my center console scattered around the car and the center console is loose and wobbly now. Sad :(

Took my Jeep in for an insurance estimate on Wednesday at 930am. Went back at 4pm on Friday and it had never been looked at. Told me some b.s. story about a new system sending repair tickets out in the wrong order. Kind of funny I text the guy twice a day and asked about status. At what point over 55 hours do you not scratch your head and ask why hasn t the Jeep been looked at? You guys just lost a customer forever.
