Easy and Pleasant We meet Joe look at the Nissan Rouge which was exactly what the net said it was drove the our car and then set down with Joe and the process began. Our customer service with him was professional and personably they acutely where able to get a low % rate for me than who I was going to use. How s that for service? Overall not only would I recommend you to DW but make sure to ask for Joe. We were in and out in an hour.

went to drivers way to have used truck that I purchased from them service. made an appointment, arrived a little early, service writer took it right away and it was returned quickly - 45 minutes, which is pretty quick for a service department. Jack was friendly during visit, and advised me of a special if I return regularly. please also with the cost of the oil change and tire rotation. It was less than the drive in oil change service locations but with the same level of service. will visit again for service and any repairs if they are needed.
Purchasing a vehicle isn't on my list of favorite things to do--but Driver's Way made it as easy and painless as possible! After browsing the Internet for weeks, I found exactly the car I was looking for on the Driver's Way site. I contacted them for more info, drove over 100 miles to their Pelham lot, they had the vehicle waiting on me and it was exactly as presented on their website. Completing the purchase was as quick and easy as it could have been, my sales associate (Dylan Lanier) was excellent--all the other staff were equally wonderful to work with--and it was just a really great experience. Love my new vehicle and will definitely return to Driver's Way the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle!

While the people were extremely nice and helpful, be very careful if you are considering an "as-is" car from this lot. I bought a 2009 Altima and have had it for 4 months and have put 4,000 miles on it (much less driving than the average person in my age range according to the US DOT). I also purchased the warranty but have found that it leaves much too be desired for a 90,000 mile vehicle. Immediately after purchase, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) light came on and while this is not a particularly big deal for someone who routinely checks air pressure, it is a bit of an annoyance to purchase a car and have this light come on a week after purchase. (not covered by warranty and expensive to fix). I also noticed a pulling motion shortly afterwards and had to have a front end alignment done on the car (something that I thought would have been done when the car was traded in). The battery went bad in 3 months (or was already in the process of going bad) and I had to have that replaced (after being left stranded twice). Finally, this month, I started feeling a shudder when I would brake... turns out new rotors were put on in June before my July purchase (according to warranty records on the rotors) but they were defective. I purchased the car in mid July and it is now mid November. I love the car but for as little time as I've had it and as little mileage as it has been driven, this seems to be a bit much.

I m only 24 but I like old school when I get welcomed from the front counter ask how you are doing but not the first word from them here. Am I the only one who does a hand shack at the beginning anymore? I guess so. And I guess the manager is the one who just looks at you and walks by when you haven t been helped wow.

My experience at Driver's Way in Pelham was outstanding. They held on to a truck for me until the weekend as I was coming from out of state. Once I got there the truck was exactly as advertised and they had it ready for a test drive. The no haggle price was great, so all the high-pressure tactics were absent from this experience. Joe Coogan is a super-friendly, attentive salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The 30-day trade-in option for used cars is also an awesome way to make sure that customers are satisfied. Driver's Way has won my business as long as I stay in the area... and I'll deal with Joe on every occasion.
So before we came to Driver's Way, we had looked at 3 other dealerships and looked at what felt like thousands of cars online. To say I was sick of the whole experience of finding and buying a car is an understatement. But when we got to Driver's Way, it was completely different. 2 from Terrance in sales who is absolutely great. The main reason we keep coming back is the service team. Joe, Don and the rest of the team are awesome. We put a lot of miles on our cars, they know this and always look ahead for us. They always check for possible warranties or recalls. Understand, the quality of cars we have bought (no matter the price level) have been great quality and the main service that we bring our cars in for is routine maintenance. They have never tried to push us to make repairs that were not necessary. We have bought a few over the years from other dealers however its just not the same, we are confident in the quality of cars we purchase from Driver's Way but more so the care that we get in the service department.
This will be the only place I will ever purchase a car. The service was amazing, had the best salesman Grant Montgomery who was fun, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Very happy with the experience here!

When I was searching for my mother a Ford Escape I came across one at Driver s Way Pelham. The price was awesome and the color was beautiful. Once I showed my mother the pictures she fell in love. The online process was very easy to use. Daphne was amazing at getting the online deal together so all we had to do was go and sign papers. We drove just under two hours to get to the dealership. Once we arrived we was greeted by Chad Donaldson and he was the best salesman we have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. He made us feel like we had known him for a long time. He did not make us feel intimidated like other dealerships have in the past. This experience has definitely made us customers for life. It was well worth the drive and time we spent with these amazing people.

I had a good experience with Drivers Way. I made an appointment to see a 2005 Toyota Camry and Chris Griffitts responded promptly and walked my though everything when I arrived. The car itself was in incredible shape for its age and the price was right, so I made a move on it.
The buying process itself was pretty painless and Chris was very helpful and not pushy at all. Perhaps most of all (at least for me) Driver's Way's tax, title and fees are very reasonable, especially compared to my last experience. They even gave me far more than I was expecting on my trade.
All in all, I'm satisfied and would recommend Diver's Way.

The Service Center....awesome! I ve had them help me with my car I bought there twice for the most basic inexpensive things....and both times I was counting on an expensive fix. They talk to you knowledgeably and as a female that knows how to work on cars it meant so much to have them talk to me like they never questioned I understood.

This is the first time I purchased my own car instead of getting a hand-me-down. Other dealerships were very annoying and pushy as I saw when it came time for my mother to get a car. She ended up purchasing hers from Driver's Way. My salesman listened to what I wanted, picked 4 vehicles to try, reinforced what I already researched, and managed to get me a great deal on everything. I wasn't planning on doing any more than just a test drive that day, but he worked at my speed and style, and I found a car with absolutely everything I needed and more within my specifications. They had the best prices so I didn't have to haggle and didn't bombard me with questions, upgrades, and warranties that didn't suit me. I'll definitely go back for my next vehicle.
Matt at the 280 Drivers Way was extremely helpful and courteous. My wife and I had done some research online, and more or less decided on a particular vehicle. Matt seemed knowledgeable about the car, the manufacturer in general - pros and cons - and we didn't feel to be under any pressure to change our minds. There were a couple of minor issues with the navigation system and one of the light clusters which were promptly resolved. We had been to a few other dealers, and my wife and I joked that some of the salespeople were 'too hot', some were 'too cold', but Matt got it just right.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from here. Always painless. I love that you can search online and they'll have it waiting for you to drive. Salespeople are always friendly. They have a good selection of vehicles and can get cars from other connected dealerships. Hubby bought his vehicle here 6 months ago. His only complaint was they gave him GMC fobs for his Impala. Had to go back twice to get 2 correct fobs made.
If you go to Driveway please chose any other salesperson but Heather she is very unprofessional and she always taking on more customers than she can horrible service from her.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVERSWAY!!!!!! WHY? Well, let me tell you....... I bought my car from Driver's way on Friday 10/28. I then drove it off the lot and 2 days later on Sunday 10/30 the clutch petal gave way and is stuck to the floor. I had to park my new purchase on the side of the road and have it towed.
I called Driver's way because I remember on the TV commercials as well as on there website they promote there 3 day/250 mile NO HASSEL RETURN POLICY on ALL CARS. But, my car did not qualify for that even though I only had the car for 2 days and only drove it 200 miles. They told me I was not able to return the vehicle nor were they going to fix the problem that it was now my problem and my car. I mean come on it is going to be less than $150 part to fix the problem but they do not value their customers satisfaction.. I mean come on it's $150.... I could careless about the monetary value I just want to be treated like I treat my customers, but they already gave them a check and they got paid so they just don't care.
Satisfaction guaranteed..... YEA RIGHT! They are just like every other business in America right now. Driver's Way is run by GREED and as soon as you drive off the lot your screwed.

If it weren't for Joe and Don i would not be such a loyal customer. They are excellent at what they do and take care of what you need. Everyone is very nice here, but they both stand head and shoulders above all.
I found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. It was listed as being at the Pelham location. However, it turned out it was at the 280 location. I was transferred to Daniel Sullivan and he offered to meet us at the Pelham location with the vehicle that afternoon. He was very nice and friendly. We loved the vehicle but were a little scared of purchasing the vehicle as it was an as is purchase. Drivers Way allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic to have it checked out before purchase. It checked out great! Daniel was very helpful and friendly and the price was great! I love my new vehicle and plan on using Drivers Way again in the future. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them.

I recently purchased an AMG C63 Mercedes. I was contacted by Anthony and was in constant contact about every detail of my purchase. Purchased online, flew in to Birmingham with my wife and rented a car, drove down to Driversway and found the car ready to roll, paperwork all ready, out the door in 30 min. Drove home to Colorado. I can't see me buying any other way from now on. I just wish they had a wish list online so I could request a nice used GMC 2500HD SLT, and make it Summit White! hint, hint. (yes I returned the rental car) PS. Stopped by Cullman for some world famous Johnny's BBQ. Don't need no napkin, just lick your fingers!
