While in the middle of a 1000 mike road trip, my oil light came on, I was a quart low. I called and spoke with Brian and he told me to bring it on in since I was close. He met me on the service drive and we could smell burned oil. Brian got me back on the road and let me know what steps to take with my home dealership as well as letting me know what to expect from the process. As a single lady traveling alone it was so refreshing to show up at an unfamiliar dealership and have the service person treat me with respect. Brian was courteous and informative. Great job, Brian!
