I really appreciate how managers and coordinators have reached out to me. I have enjoyed getting to know several of the care givers. Many have addressed my Aunt as Ma am . That has shown respectfulness on their part. I really appreciate that. Many of the care givers have tried to find ways to keep my Aunt from focusing in on her pain.
The coordinator has worked hard to find the best care givers for my Aunt. She has taken into consideration care giver fatigue and has a attempted to rotate care givers every few weeks. Stephanie has taken out time to speak with me directly to provide comfort. The on call coordinates have been kind and available to help me with situations during the after hour times.
We are living in difficult times and finding reliable ,trustworthy people to provide care for your family members is not easy. I suggest we get to know the individuals who provide care. Remind them of who your loved one once was. Show kindness to the care givers. Be understanding of the situations they may be encountering as well.
My name is Ms. Roselee Roberts, and I work for JEVS Care at Home over I believe 10 years or more now, and have the privilege of this Awesome Agency to be of service for my Mother currently who just turned 99 years "young" yesterday (18th). Also, had the privilege of having the same wonderful services provided for my Uncle in whom I also cared for as well. I can HONESTLY say JEVS Care at Home deserves 5 Stars (and more). I have wittnessed such a didicated and caring group of individuals who not only care and show concern and much needed support for their employees, but so much goes into how they follow up and make sure there's a balance also with the level of care provided and extended to the Clients at ALL times as well. We truly appreciate the Staffs willingness to confront any concerns Employees and Client may have with no hesitation. Also appreciate the training given periodically to assure everyone is doing what is expected of them and staying up with the guidelines of the State. They have truly been and remains to be that beaken of Hope and Light needed in these dark and uncertain times.

JEVS is great. The caregivers are very personal and patient. My mother lives at home. A JEVS caregiver sees her on a regular basis. It helps my mother, but it also gives me a peace of mind to know that she's in good hands. I've met the caregiver, and she's absolutely wonderful.
I have been a caregiver with JEVS for a short while, and my experience with JEVS has been very positive. In my opinion, the JEVS client coordinators I have worked with have gone the extra mile to connect clients with caregivers who will be attentive to the needs of the client. Potential caregivers are carefully vetted before being sent on assignment, which is very important for clients and their families who are going to entrust their care to JEVS caregivers. In addition, caregivers are given thorough orientation and training to prepare them for their clients. Caregivers are provided with personal protective equipment for their own as well as the client's protection. JEVS client coordinators are usually immediately accessible during business hours or by the emergency and after-hours representatives for any issues that may arise for a caregiver. If I were a client in need of home care services, I would feel very confident entrusting my care to JEVS.
Highly recommend. Would be my first call again if I ever need assistance with care. Great caregivers. Supportive and available office staff as well. Solved my problem with care and attention. We had an emergency overnight care need that arose 2 days before Thanksgiving 2020. Due to COVID and holiday plans, trying to find any agency that could provide 12 hour overnight service was difficult at best. JEV's was able to staff our need and provided wonderful, caring folks. Even the big snow storms this winter didn't deter them from coming. Very happy with JEVs.

I have been a Direct Care Worker for JEVS Care at Home for many years. While no agency is perfect, the last several years have been totally awesome because of the great communication between staff, clients, and family. Just when I was concerned about how long it would take me to obtain the COVID Vaccine because I actually live in DE, I received an email from Ellen Gross with the answer. I was able to choose which vaccine I wanted and have already received my 1st dose. THANK YOU! There are many wonderful things I can say, however, I d be here all day but there are a few staff members that make this agency the Best: forgive me if I forget a few of the full names; they are Ellen G, Inna (HR), Kim (Nurse), Marcus (HR) Amanda W., Shawntel H., and Ed G (Case Managers). Every last one of these case managers have been very helpful and understanding which goes a long way in having successful business relationships and longevity in the company. Great Agency with Great Caregivers. Yubelkis, is my mom's Care Manager. She's very professional and always in top of things to make sure, my mom gets all services as demanded.
In the beginning when it was known as JEVS their services were excellent. The service coordinators were nice, easygoing,& very nice to talk to, that changed once it became JEVS @ HOME. The quality of services rapidly declined, & the attendants were ill mannered & thieves. They also wanted the clients to sign their time sheets as if they worked. They cheated the agency, clients, & the state. I will never return, or give them a good rating.

I have been in homecare for almost eight years & this company is by far the worst I've ever worked for. They're very unprofessional & unorganized. My coordinator Regina Johnson never answers her phone or emails & never responds back to you when you leave a voicemail. When I finally spoke with her & told her that my aunt/client has been trying to reach her as well, she tried to make it seem like my aunt was delusional & didnt really understand what she was talking about because of "old age. " They always promise to send out a backup aide if I'm unable to go in on my scheduled shift but no one never comes leaving my 87 year old aunt/client to fend for herself. Fed up, I've decided to go in & speak with a manager thinking that I would get some kind of help but to my surprise she was no help whatsoever & gave me attitude the moment she walked in the room. It's almost as if her & regina were in cahoots & nothing I complained about mattered, not even when I mentioned that they had messed up my paycheck. If I could give this company less than one star I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone AT ALL!!!

I've had a home health aide from Jeeves for quite a while. He is kind it's caring and very professional. He seems to know what I need before I know what I need it. He's fully understands what Home health Care needs are. He uses all the home health care covid precautions. I could not ask for more from anyone it's just wonderful care that I receive. Apparently Jeeves train their people well. Thank you Jeevs for providing someone with such wonderful skills.
I've been with him for quite a while having him help me at my house because I am disabled and they are the worst company you can ever get. They lied to you because they're short-staffed and they send their people to other locations when they're supposed to be at your location the girl who answers the phone Leah Carmino is instructed to tell you nothing but lies by her manager Chrissy Gorsuch. Is this just happened more than once on me so now I am getting in contact with my UPMC insurance and Department of Aging about what day do to you and we'll see how much business they get. Evans and these people don't realize or better yet the person who owns a business doesn't realize she has the worst team in Pittsburgh in his office and clean up needs to be done. I could do a better job then Chrissy or Leah. I wouldn't even make people mad because you see this is the way you get less clients. I hope they're happy when they read this review and same with the owner because this will be posted all over the net.
