I have been a Direct Care Worker for JEVS Care at Home for many years. While no agency is perfect, the last several years have been totally awesome because of the great communication between staff, clients, and family. Just when I was concerned about how long it would take me to obtain the COVID Vaccine because I actually live in DE, I received an email from Ellen Gross with the answer. I was able to choose which vaccine I wanted and have already received my 1st dose. THANK YOU! There are many wonderful things I can say, however, I d be here all day but there are a few staff members that make this agency the Best: forgive me if I forget a few of the full names; they are Ellen G, Inna (HR), Kim (Nurse), Marcus (HR) Amanda W., Shawntel H., and Ed G (Case Managers). Every last one of these case managers have been very helpful and understanding which goes a long way in having successful business relationships and longevity in the company. I am just getting to know Mr Ed, I can tell you already he is such a sweetie pie.
