Went to the store yesterday coz my kids loved a variety of stock that they have but while we were looking at the shoes, It was obvious that we were surrounded and everyone is watching your every move. My oldest gal noticed and it became so uncomfortable to shop, we left the store. I understand some people have no good intentions but not everyone that comes into your store is a thief..I've been to other stores with equally expensive items but never experienced what I did yesterday. They instead approach and ask you if you needed help but not get surrounded.

After leaving the store, realised my son went behind the glass to act as a maniquen, as I was gesturing him to come, an older woman came running thinking he was stealing an item ( I got worried she might fall and break a hip) obviously thinking he was stealing, My son is 6. We just laughed and left not to ever return. Poor lady pretended to be rearranging clothes, guess she was embarrassed. Ill stick to online shopping.

I went there tonight to buy my son Adidas sneakers which we both love !!! The girl who served us was amazing and so nice . I seen so many things I want on the way out so I'll be going back soon

Bought online yesterday at midday and received my shoes this morning, crazy fast delivery

My experience has been positive generally, although in explanation for my 3 star rating instead of 4 or 5 stars: I shop here quite often. Each time I come to the store I spend at least $200. Not that what I spend should even be a topic! But I mention it to show that they know me! They know I shop regularly! BUT STILL- At every single moment that Im in this store, Im keenly aware that I am being watched by staff! At no point do staff just let you comfortably look around! It's so off putting that I go there far far far less than in the past! And my visits are still getting fewer! I dont take it personally because every customer is subjected to this, but its not nice when you know for a fact that 1- they remember you! 2- the reason they remember you is because you're there so often! 3- the staff all know that you buy many things (at high end prices) each time you shop!... but the staff are also friendly and helpful, and if you need ANY assistance at all, there is ALWAYS a staff member VERY CLOSE and ready to help, because all the staff are all placed closely to watch you!

They just watch you like your going to steal and make you feel uncomfortable whilst shopping. But the priducts are good.

Awesome range of clothing and shoes in the store, quite pricey but a lot of the items they stock you don t generally find in any other stores. If you have brown skin regardless of ethnicity expect to be watched like a hawk and followed around the store like your about to steal something. If your trying items on in the change room don t expect to be able to do that in peace either. Staff will be eagerly waiting for you to open that door and quickly whisk those items of clothing out of your hands and return them to the appropriate rack because in their eyes you clearly can t afford those items...... Such an awful and embarrassing experience to have happen almost every time I set foot in that store. On a more positive note, there has been a really tall nice young fellow working in the store of late. I will only go in there now if I see him working. He doesn t make me feel uncomfortable. It s such a shame about the rest of the staff though, their attitudes towards brown skin people haven t changed in the last 18 years I ve shopped at that store.

West Brothers have been pioneering streetwear for close to three decades. One, if not the only original
Mom and pop stores in Perth. Still family run the owners know their product and are a pleasure to deal with.
Worth a visit if your looking for street gear you won t find elsewhere.

Fantastic online retailer. Incredibly quick delivery to me in Melbourne. I ordered Timberland boots one night and had them to me the next morning. I ordered some shirts that were too big for me and Daniel was quick to let me know how to go about exchanging them for smaller sizes.

Have been using this shopping platform for years but never found any issues yet. My Timberland boots arrived yesterday exactly on the promised date. This was another great experience, so I will recommend them to more people.

HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT COUNT ON THEM TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING!!!! Went in to store today to return two pairs of adidas track pants my husband brought at the end of March for our upcoming holiday. He wore them a handful of times and they ve been through the wash twice, both times in wash bags and with black wash to preserve the colour. They are faded and the material is pilling. One pair has tiny wholes in the material! The Manager of the store took a half assed look at them and promptly said to me these look like they ve been over worn. Whilst I was trying to show him the date of purchase on the receipt and explain what exactly they had been through (the couple of wears and 2 wash cycles) he was ignorantly talking over me and didn t listen to a word! He said that it was wear and tear and that it s too bad. My husband must have rubbed up against something - which I can assure you he didn t and that he couldn t do anything about it. I explained that we ve been buying adidas for years and that I d expect this kind of wear on pants that have been worn for over a year but not a couple of times. He just said too bad! No attempt to rectify the issue what so ever. A good Manager would have at the very least offered to try and contact Adidas direct or their wholesaler on our behalf and see what they say, or offer us an exchange. But to dismiss an issue with no attempt to rectify is poor form and we have lost $200!!! And West Brothers have lost two customers!!! My advice is shop elsewhere!!!

Thanks for all the help. Friendly staff who seem to really enjoy what they do. They stock some hard to find brands and always have stock in. This is easily 5 stars!

West Brothers by far is the best streetwear store in Perth! Its not even their clothes and shoes that make shopping here great, but their amazing staff! I ve never felt so listened to and cared for by staff in retail before. Would definitely recommend.

Have shopped here for years and always left the shop happy. Great staff and good range available. The new webpage they have is awesome now that I don't go into the shop as much as I did before. I cannot believe what happened this morning. West Brothers Staff was very blunt to me . A very selfish individual.
I bought a shoe it is very new . I couldn't wear it caused me a lot of pain . I only wore the shoe in the house. I Went to the West Brothers store hoping to exchange or refund. But no success.

That is not true i am not being dishonest. The shoe Wasn't filty I did not wear it outside my house . It was only in the house . I didn't wear it for long it was too painful to wear on my feet.

Super happy to receive my Puma women's essential cropped hoodie.......The quality and color of the hoodie is just perfect as shown in the picture (even better than that) and is really comfortable to wear. I'm very satisfied.
