I have been a caregiver with JEVS for a short while, and my experience with JEVS has been very positive. In my opinion, the JEVS client coordinators I have worked with have gone the extra mile to connect clients with caregivers who will be attentive to the needs of the client. Potential caregivers are carefully vetted before being sent on assignment, which is very important for clients and their families who are going to entrust their care to JEVS caregivers. In addition, caregivers are given thorough orientation and training to prepare them for their clients. Caregivers are provided with personal protective equipment for their own as well as the client's protection. JEVS client coordinators are usually immediately accessible during business hours or by the emergency and after-hours representatives for any issues that may arise for a caregiver. If I were a client in need of home care services, I would feel very confident entrusting my care to JEVS.
