My name is Ms. Roselee Roberts, and I work for JEVS Care at Home over I believe 10 years or more now, and have the privilege of this Awesome Agency to be of service for my Mother currently who just turned 99 years "young" yesterday (18th). Also, had the privilege of having the same wonderful services provided for my Uncle in whom I also cared for as well. I can HONESTLY say JEVS Care at Home deserves 5 Stars (and more). I have wittnessed such a didicated and caring group of individuals who not only care and show concern and much needed support for their employees, but so much goes into how they follow up and make sure there's a balance also with the level of care provided and extended to the Clients at ALL times as well. We truly appreciate the Staffs willingness to confront any concerns Employees and Client may have with no hesitation. Also appreciate the training given periodically to assure everyone is doing what is expected of them and staying up with the guidelines of the State. They have truly been and remains to be that beaken of Hope and Light needed in these dark and uncertain times.
I'm reminded of a saying Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once stated..
"But I know, SOMEHOW, that ONLY when it is DARK ENOUGH can you SEE the STARS."
This is such a profound saying and all so true because I know the LORD has placed some STARS in my life as well as my Family lives; and those STARS are the Administrators and Staff at JEVS Care at Home located at 9350 Ashton Road, Suite 102 Philadelphia, PA 19114.
WE LOVE YOU JEVS AT HOME for ALL the sacrifices made and things you do to accommodate everyone as much as humanly possible.
