We came to this practice with our daughter Willa in 2017. From the very first visit we were extremely impressed with Dr. Smith and the entire staff. They go above and beyond during every visit and usually spend around 30-45 minutes with us during each visit. More recently, I discussed some concerns I had about my daughters health with Dr. Smith and through her dedication, extreme knowledge, and thorough testing, Dr. Smith in conjunction with MCV children's hospital, diagnosed a very rare condition for my daughter. Given that this condition is notorious for being overlooked, and can be extremely detrimental to a child if untreated, I truly believe Dr. Smith saved my daughters life. I have zero doubts that there would have been a high probability of this condition being missed or undiagnosed should we have not gone to a practice that dedicates themselves to spend extra time and care with each patient. Every dollar of that monthly fee is more than worth the piece of mind I now have knowing my daughter is in the best hands possible. I will forever be in their debt.

Dr. Smith always talks to me and not just to my mom when I come in. I like how she explains things to me. Everyone in her office is really friendly and nice, and we never have to wait long to be seen. She's also been very supportive of me, and is helping me reach my fundraising goals for Boy Scouts.

I could't have better experience as I'm having with Dr. Gayle. As a first time mom, she has helped me a lot with her expertise, patience and affection. I'm feel 100% confident with her decisions. Her office is stunning, there is no wait time and her team is awesome. I don't have to think twice, she is gonna be our doctor for many many years!

Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor who truly goes the extra mile! I cannot recommend her enough for anyone looking for a hard working and amazing Doctor for their children!

This is an amazing office. Everything about Partners in Pediatrics - Dr. Smith, Tammy, the administration, the front desk, the facility itself - is amazing and so caring and involved in the patients they serve. I have never felt so confident and secure in my child's care. They take us in when my child, and myself, are at our very worst and remain calm and kind, the constant goal being to treat the sick toddler (and help the stressed out mom). I have tried many other pediatrician offices in Richmond and doctors typically take 5 - 15 minutes to look at my sick little one. Dr. Smith and team do the complete opposite - they take time to assess, observe, discuss, reassess, treat and always follow up. Because the team has been able to see my child regularly, they also know what is typical and atypical behavior, which makes them a great developmental resource during all phases of a child's life.

I do not know what I would do with out Partners in Pediatrics!!!

More than fifteen years as a family in this practice, with children ranging from medically complex to only needing yearly check-ups. Why Dr. Smith and Partners in Pediatrics? This practice sees the WHOLE child-physically, emotionally, socially, and the individuality of each of its families. My children genuinely value their relationship with Dr. Smith. They actually enjoy going to see the doctor. Who else gets to say that? The perks- no waiting room & no waiting in your car during COVID. Our children s appointment has always felt like the priority and the relationship our family has developed with Dr. Smith and her team is largely in part to the extended appointment times. Often her staff has helped me coordinate care among pediatric specialists. I am never left feeling my way in the dark, communicating from one healthcare provider to another. I am so grateful for all the ways Dr. Smith has encouraged my children (and their grown-ups). If you re interested in seeing what a pediatric practice SHOULD be, call and meet Dr. Smith and her team!

No doubt the best pediatrician I could ask for, Dr. Smith knows exactly what she's doing and I always feel clean and comfortable in her office. Her staff is very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't even think about going to another practice.

Unlike most practices, everyone is super friendly, a real person picks up the phone, there's no waiting room full of sick kids, and you have plenty of time with the doctor. We've always walked straight into the exam room upon arrival and felt as though the health of our son & the ease of our minds have been the most important thing for everyone in the practice.

Being a first time mom with twins, I cannot imagine going on this journey without Dr Smith and her staff. They are amazing. I love the personal attention and the fact that they always get back with me and give me time to have all of my concerns and questions answered. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Smith has been my child's doctor since the day he was born. Dr. Smith met with me before he was born and answered all my questions throughly, She is very knowledgable and makes sure you go home with all the information you need, plus some. It's a really great experience considering I am a first time mom with many doubts and concerns. The entire team is great with kids and very kind and patient. I couldn't recommend this practice more.

My husband and I couldn t be happier with the care we are receiving for our newborn daughter. From Dr. smith visiting every single day we were in the hospital to answering all of our million new parent questions, we think the world of her- she is one of the most brilliant people we have ever met. My mother is gifting us this membership and we have thanked her every day for the peace-of-mind and knowledge that I know we couldn t have gotten any where else. Also honorable mention to the amazing nurse Tammy for being so very gentle and sweet and being the only person to change our daughters diaper without her shedding any tears, it is quite something !

The convenience and patient doctor relationship that Partners in Pediatrics has delivered to pediatric health care deserves to be recognized. This model of health care has eleminated the long wait I was used to experiencing with a sick child. It is comforting that our pediatrician has a strong understanding of our children's needs. This has also helped us reduce unnecessary visits. It is difficult to measure the impact Dr. Smith has had on our quality of life. Partners in Pediatrics has restored common sense to the phone system in a doctor's office.

We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Smith. We wanted a pediatrician that could help guide us first time parents, especially being new to the area without any family/friend support. It has been such a confidence booster for us knowing we have Dr. Smith's support. She is available and responsive via email, phone, visits, however and whenever we need her. We have had so many questions from breastfeeding to sleeping to general baby health questions, even health insurance questions etc. We have never felt rushed during any of our appointments and often times spend a full hour with her during each visit. Dr. Smith and her entire staff are so knowledgeable. We love her facility as well: super clean, no waiting room and really calming. The cherry on top is the mobile app where I can access all of my son's info, send Dr. Smith questions, upload photos if things don't look right etc. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Smith and don't know what we would do without her!

If you are interested in a monthly fee of $110.00 then this is the place for you. They are a concierges service. You have to be reviewed to see if you are a good fit. Might be some premium benefits but medical cost are high and to add an extra membership fee per month. That is a lot. Guess now only the people in a certain income bracket go here. Nice way of making sure you get over and beyond co-pays and money from insurance.

Dr. Smith and her staff couldn't be more amazing to work with! They have been incredibly knowledgable and patient with any of the issues we have had with our child. The amount of time and attention Dr. Smith has provided at every visit and with every phone call has been unmatched. We cannot say enough kind words for her and the entire team! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Smith and her staff! Dr. Smith makes it a priority to help my elementary-aged children feel comfortable and she encourages them to ask questions, give opinions and become involved in their health care. She enjoys taking time to educate her patients and families about the issues they are facing- we have always felt confident knowing that Dr. Smith is our advocate and available to help us navigate any health concerns. Dr. Smith's office is bright and comfortable and her staff are very helpful.

Horrible experience, and even worse doctor! She reeked of cigarettes and could not have been any nastier. Don't take your kids to this hack! She is HORRIBLE!!!

Dr. Smith and her entire team at Partners In Pediatrics are amazing. The office is clean, calm, welcoming and no wait times. I actually look forward to our visits. Dr. Smith never rushes you, always listen and takes the time to help you learn and navigate being a Dr. Mom. She is excellent. I'm so thankful my child is getting the best care. I keep asking Dr. Smith to open a family practice because I'd love for her to be my doctor too!

Wonderful doctor and staff with a level of service that I have not ever seen at a doctor's office. There isn't even a waiting room because you don't ever have to wait.

During these times, we really love the fact that we walk right into a room and our appointment promptly begins. There s no crowded waiting room or waiting forever for to be seen! Our kids have been patients of Dr. Smith for over 9 years, since our first child was born. I cannot imagine another pediatrician's office being able to compare to the level of care and service we have received from her and her staff. This has been especially important, having children with chronic conditions that require additional medical management. Some of the things we value most about the practice are NO WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS (she doesn't even have a waiting room!!), extended time for sick visits (30 min) and well child visits (45 min-1 hour), phone and email consults (with the doctor herself) that reduce office visits, extremely prompt responses to questions (most often from Dr. Smith), patient education, and staff who are absolute angels. I feel like all of the staff really KNOW my kids. One of the things that I love the most about Dr. Smith is how respectful she is of my "crunchy" tendencies, even though she may not agree. As I said, we cannot imagine another pediatrician's office providing the kind of care we have received from Partners in Pediatrics.

Best Pediatrician in town! Dr. Smith is a detailed professional and awesome with kids. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. She spends so much time with your child, you not only are getting great medical advice but helpful preventative instruction as well. When it comes to your child, you always want the best for them and I know all five of my children have received the best medical attention possible. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.

I love the personal attention, quick responses to emails, no wait times, and the immediate pick up of phone calls by a real live person. Dr. Smith goes above and beyond for my child. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Phenomenal staff and service! No wait time and always available via phone and text, and this was key to me as a first time and working mom. Also, my son is only seen by Dr. Smith, who knows him and he knows her - vs. a team of physicians working from a history of notes.

They are always accessible via phone or email and happy to answer everything from general baby care questions to complicated travel immunization inquiries.
