I have been in homecare for almost eight years & this company is by far the worst I've ever worked for. They're very unprofessional & unorganized. My coordinator Regina Johnson never answers her phone or emails & never responds back to you when you leave a voicemail. When I finally spoke with her & told her that my aunt/client has been trying to reach her as well, she tried to make it seem like my aunt was delusional & didnt really understand what she was talking about because of "old age. " They always promise to send out a backup aide if I'm unable to go in on my scheduled shift but no one never comes leaving my 87 year old aunt/client to fend for herself. Fed up, I've decided to go in & speak with a manager thinking that I would get some kind of help but to my surprise she was no help whatsoever & gave me attitude the moment she walked in the room. It's almost as if her & regina were in cahoots & nothing I complained about mattered, not even when I mentioned that they had messed up my paycheck. If I could give this company less than one star I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone AT ALL!!!
