I really appreciate how managers and coordinators have reached out to me. I have enjoyed getting to know several of the care givers. Many have addressed my Aunt as Ma am . That has shown respectfulness on their part. I really appreciate that. Many of the care givers have tried to find ways to keep my Aunt from focusing in on her pain.

The coordinator has worked hard to find the best care givers for my Aunt. She has taken into consideration care giver fatigue and has a attempted to rotate care givers every few weeks. Stephanie has taken out time to speak with me directly to provide comfort. The on call coordinates have been kind and available to help me with situations during the after hour times.

We are living in difficult times and finding reliable ,trustworthy people to provide care for your family members is not easy. I suggest we get to know the individuals who provide care. Remind them of who your loved one once was. Show kindness to the care givers. Be understanding of the situations they may be encountering as well.
