We've used Jak Prints in the past and will likely continue to do so. We were up against a tight deadline for name badges and programs for a large Conference we hosted here in Cincinnati last week and throughout the production process ran into some bumps and delays with files, etc. Regardless, JakPrints - specifically the designers and our rep, Daniel - pushed through and made sure we had all of our products by our desired in-hand date, even factoring in shipping time.
