Ordered some stickers that were being shipped to C...

Ordered some stickers that were being shipped to Canada. Couple days after it shipped I noticed it stopped moving due to a missing piece of paperwork. When I reached out to customer service, Bob had replied within 2 hours letting me know he was looking into it.

Next day I received a voicemail from Bob apologizing for the delay and letting me know if the issue wasn't able to be resolved, he would have a replacement order shipped out and wanted to know the time restraints placed by my upcoming convention.

And on the final day, he sent me an email letting me know the original package had begun moving and even provided me with an updated delivery date.

Bob is the man, definitely gonna be using jakprints from now on.
