If you are looking for excellence when buy a car you need to ask for the best sales lady I've ever met Victoria. Her attention to detail and making sure you are happy is her only focus. The finance guys were amazing also who also did an amazing job in making sure I got exactly what I needed also. So overall this place was amazing and I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or even used car.

Dwayne Smith was AWESOME! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and does the little stuff. For example, after we were done he knew it was going to rain and pulled our Jeep inside so we wouldn t get wet!

Anthony Kemper at the service center was great! He was thorough and honest. I must admit the the actually servicing was more expensive than I would have liked but the service Anthony provided was excellent!

They worked some magic and got the parts to take care of my recall while I was getting my oil changed 2 bird 1 stone!

I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND Jake Sweeney for any reason. I had my Jeep there for my 4wheel drive and they replace the wrong part and charged me for their loaner vehical. They seemed money hungry, had my Jeep for several days and just kept throwing numbers at me. After I got it back and nothing was fixed on it a friend was under it 2min and told me it was the drive shaft and rattled it. They should've known that was the problem when the replaced the transfer case. Also, the machanic rounded the bolts off when he put the new one in. When we finally got a hold the manager they stated the bolts where like that before he started. I thought that was an odd response due to them being shinny and new. They told me it would be done and I drove all the way there and it wasn't done till the following week. I would have appreciated a phone call! There were 2 other people when I was there that also stated they did things wrong. Also, everything inside was tossed around even in the cargo area. I felt completely disrespected and taken advantage of. I would think twice before taking a vehicle here. I will never take my Jeep back.

I wanted to reach out and let the management of Jake Sweeney know how appreciative I am for the services I received from Robby Mardis at your Tri County location. I called your services department and spoke to Mr. Mardis and explained to him my 4 wheel drive services, overheat light had come and he told me to come in and he would get me in and out as soon as possible. When I arrived he intervened on my behalf and personally looked at my vehicle within minutes and was able to identify the problem without laying a hand on the car. I had just bought two new tires for my Jeep the day prior and they were the wrong size causing the system to malfunction and overheat which could have lead to expensive repairs. Mr. Mardis offered to call the tire store I purchased the tires from and he advocated for me and got the shop to tow my vehicle back to their shop and got them to pay for a rental car to get me to work and home that evening. Mr. Mardis went above and beyond for someone he didn't know and was not a previous customer at Jack Sweeney. I was truly grateful for his help and professionalism and for that reason my next Jeep will be from your dealership! Thanks again to Mr. Mardis

NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! I tried to buy a new Jeep Cherokee at this dealership to replace my 2015 and received the worst customer service ever!!!! I met with Austin the Sales Person twice told him the Jeep was exactly what I wanted (I was paying cash) he was to call me with a price. Two days later NO CALL so I left him a voicemail TWICE still no return call so I called the dealship and spoke with AJ explained my issue and he assured me that I would receive a call back. Didn't happen! Called Austin back again he actually answered the phone said he was with a customer and would call me back. Finally TWO WEEKS after my first visit to Jake Sweeney Austin called me back with a Price. Seriously??? Good thing I found Performance Jeep in Centerville they were the best and completely restored my faith in Jeep Chrysler. It's a further drive but well worth the great customer service you will receive. I love my new Jeep and Bob Weidner- Sales Person/Ryan- Manager Performace Jeep Centerville!!!

We live in Memphis and called to inquire about a used car. I asked for photos of the car's condition before making the 8 hr drive to look at/buy the car. I was sent 6 photos that all made the car look like it was in good condition. After my husband drove the 8hrs AND spent the night in a hotel, he arrived to find the car with lots rust/damage. Very disappointed in Jake Sweeney!!!!!

We finally upgraded our 13 year old car last weekend! I could not be happier. We ve been looking on and off for awhile. Andy was so patient with us while we figured out what we could afford and still meet our long checklist. I have to say, we ended up with a better deal than we thought was possible and the perfect vehicle for our needs. Andy made everything so easy, we drove off in our new car in two hours.

Service Center does not know meaning of SERVICE! Made a service appointment a week ago. Dropped off at 8am this morning. No one called me back so I called them at 2pm to check on car. Was told by the service guy that they have not even looked at it! It has set there for 6 hours and no one has looked at it yet? Why did I make an 8am Appt? All I got was lip service and did not care for my business. I did find out by talking to some of the employees in the service department (names and positions will remain private as I don't want them to lose their jobs) that people who wait in their waiting room get priority service over those who make an appt. I guess because they want to get them out ASAP so they don't start complaining! What a sham. They overbooked their service appointments heavily to get the mighty$$$$$. Since the percentage of profit is low on car sales, they get you with the service. Anyway, take your business elsewhere for service.

I will never recommend Jake Sweeney to anyone. About an hour after I drove off the lot with my Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi, there has been nothing but problems. Our tire exploded on us driving down the highway.. WE call the dealership and they tell us to leave the truck on the side of the highway and they will pick up the truck the next morning. Then the next day the truck has been hit buy a semi or a negligent driver, or the tow guy could of done it for all I know.. now i call to see if the body shop has even looked at my truck since its been in there for a week now. and the guy isn't there. Go Figure that is how it has been since the day we purchased the truck. and when I call they don't even have my name or my fiance's name in the system. How is this dealership still in business??? Do not ever buy a used car from these people. They will not help you by any means they are only out to make the quickest buck, and they forget about you. Our salesman was more worried about if I would come in and buy a 2015-16 Dodge dart more then getting our first purchase taken care of. Noone has even called to say I'm sorry this has even happened to you guys. they will not take blame for not even inspecting the truck and tires. and who knows if they will ever fix my truck. We had it for less then and hour and havent been able to drive it since. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. DON'T BUY FROM JAKE SWEENEY IN TRI-COUNTY!

Just purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 and I am more than happy with the truck along with the purchasing experience and help that was provided for me. Great Service!! This is my 3rd time coming here for a service, and the guys here in the service center are next level when it comes to professionalism. They always give you great deals on service. Nothing ever seems excessively priced. I usually bring my own oil and filter, but the guys here are always happy to do the oil change. Plus I only pay like $40 for an oil change when a typical one is for my car is almost $100. These guys do a great job here and I will continue to come back again and again.

I had previously left a very negative review of this dealership. I was having significant issues with a Jeep that I bought that were dragging out for an unacceptable amount of time. However, this dealership, and particularly Zach Sweeney, really really helped make this right. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome. Yesterday while I waited I read your Mission statement, and I must say it was completed to my satisfaction. I did wonder about my free car wash I didn't get but didn't have time to ask about. Hopefully I'll get it the next time.

I had to edit my review because after praising the service I got into my truck and the washer fluid like came on but my paperwork said it was full. It was low when I brought it in, so disappointing. I couldn't put 2 1/2 so I made it a 2.

I would recommend buying a car here as my salesman was fantastic and the ability to help with financing was super superb BUT if you have to have service done for whatever reason, I wouldn t recommend dealing with that. After purchasing my car, I was told there was something wrong with the back hatch on 2020 Dodge Journey. After some back and forth on making an appointment, once I arrived they had no idea why I was there. I was then asked, there s only 3k miles on this car, what did you do to the hatch? To which I told her, I didn t do this, I purchased the car with this issue and was told I would receive a full tank of gas for having to come back in. Which I did not receive because the lady at the service desk did not believe my salesman promised that. This is the third dodge we have purchased since 2015 and I am highly disappointed so far this time. So make sure you get everything in writing and good luck with the service department who does not communicate well with anyone else.

Ron Daugherty was great at finding my new Jeep. He found the car I wanted and gave me a great deal. The buying experience as a whole was a beeze. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer of Jake Sweeney since 2009 and have purchased 6 vehicles there since that time. There sales dept is outstanding and have always been willing to work with us and make us a good deal. Their service dept has been top notch as well. I would definitely recommend Jake Sweeney CJD if you are in the market for a Chrysler Vehicle. I will also say I have been a long time owner of Chrysler vehicles and would put them up against any manufacturer. Notably when it comes to Truck, RAM 1500 is second to none.

If I could leave no stars I would. The service department at Jake Sweeney CDJR is mediocre to say the least. I bought my charger two years ago and have had to use the service for simple things, oil change, tire rotation ect... My first issue was them patching my tire, while taking off the wheel weights they left gouges in the rim on a BRAND NEW car. So I went back and dealt with the service "manager". I had to fight to get it replaced. Another few times I went back to get oil changes and I had grease marks on my paint, on my leather interior and the inside of my windshield. AND just yesterday I went to get my oil changed at someone new because I am so beyond the point of returning there, the service guys notified me that my TIRE had been put on BACKWARDS! The tread is going in the opposite direction of the other three. Also my oil filter was loose and was pooling on the oil pan skid plate and running/blowing down parts of my car underneath. Now I have to waste time to go back to that hell hole. Nothing they can do will get me to recommend them to anyone for ANYTHING. They have damaged my view upon the place and ALL of Jake Sweeney beyond repair. Makes me wish I never bought the car from them in the first place.

I walked into Jake Sweeney Jeep and was greeted right away (I didn't have to wonder around looking for someone to help me). I described the kind of car I was looking for and the price range that was comfortable with me. The Manager Chris Simon took great care of me and pulled up a Grand Jeep Cherokee. He described how this will meet my needs and fit into my budget at the same time. I loved the car and they got everything handled in no time at all. They were very respectful of my time through out the whole process, unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past. I will be coming here to purchase all my future Jeeps.

The car dealership has very poor customer service and they do not come through with any commitments that they said they would. They had our vehicle for 2 weeks and never fixed the issues and never returned our phone calls. We had to go to Corporate and even then, the problem was still out there. NEVER BUY from this dealership!!!!!!!!
