A few years ago when I bought my wife's jeep at Jake Sweeney, I would have given them a five star rating. Now they are lucky to het a two star out of me. Though my professional career I was told to NEVER argue with a customer and certainly not to call them a liar or demand screen shots to pove that I was right. Kevin Laxton and His sales manager really blew it this time. It will be a long time before I consider drive 120 miles to work with this dealer.
