The service was Great! The policy of paying for examination to find the problem and then not including in repair if repair is made at location I disagree with.

I had an oil change, asked for a wash after, the wash wasn't completed. I was a little perturbed, but had to go.

I was quoted about an hour, 3 ahead of me, it was a little over an hour, so I appreciate the timing and the closeness to completion time.

The staff was friendly and there was no pressure to buy any of their parts after I told them I would take care of it.

My husband and I live in VA and were looking for a specific car and the only one to be had in the country was at Jake Sweeney. I emailed the dealer and received a prompt, informative response from Marty Deitsch. This happened on a Wednesday - on Thursday my husband called and spoke to Marty and made arrangements to fly out that day to pick up the car. Marty sent his son to pick my husband up at the airport and then drive him over a half-an-hour to the dealership. They had everything ready to go so my husband could get back onto the road in no time. The car was as promised and we got a great deal. I can't say enough for the customer service we received from Marty and everyone at the dealership. Next time we are looking for a car, no matter what the make, we will be dealing with Marty and Jake Sweeney again!!!

I bought a car from Dwayne. He was a great salemen. Answered any question i had and he didnt know the answer he looked into it and got back to me with the answer. took his time showing me the features. I highly recommend him.

I called Friday afternoon to see if they were available to perform a service same day. Remi handled everything like a pro and I was in and out much faster than I thought I would be.

We love our Jeep Grand Cherokee TrailHawk and the buying experience was made easy working with Jake Sweeney.

People were nice but charged me $120 to tell me my battery was bad. Then told me an additional $368 for new battery with installation. $500 for a battery. No thanks. Glad it was just the battery since I just paid it off 2 weeks ago but this place is a rip off. In the market for a new jeep but won't be purchasing from people I don't trust with service work.

Update: battery was $188.00 installed at Auto Zone

I brought my truck in to have a new key fob connected to my truck , it took only about 45 minutes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services and deals that was going on. I ended up buying 4 new tires .

Best system for providing routine maintenance without requiring an appointment. Service performed in a very acceptable duration. Waiting area, however, needs attention: no cups available for coffe; WiFi did not provide an internet connection.

They have no sense of customer service one bit! A very poorly ran business!!!! I took my car in (that I brought from there this year) to have a remote start installed, in the process of the installation the shop broke a piece of trim in my car, when I ordered the part I was quoted the wrong price so much to my surprise my bill was almost triple the amount than expected. Then when my car was dropped off to me, there were tools left in my car along with DIRTY shop rags that made me car stink. And to top it off, they only installed the remote start on ONE of my key fobs, and now my second key fob does NOT work at all. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!

I bought a Honda Civic and I love it! It gets great gas mileage and I haven t had a single problem! Kevin Laxton was a huge help and really got me a great car!

I worked with a few different people over a 2 day time span. First I worked with Austin due to Marty leaving early due to a family issue. Austin was extremely educated on the vehicles that were on the lot. My husband and I came into look at a 2017 Jeep but Austin compared a 17 to 18 model and we decided to go with a 2018. The second day we worked with Marty to do the payments and he did a fantastic job getting us to the price point we were comfortable with. We then worked with Micheal in financing and he explained all our options and allowed us to make a educated decision on gap insurance.
